My brother Jason came up this afternoon to spend the night. It's been a while since I've seen him, so I was really happy that he came up for my birthday!
We went to dinner at Bill's Elbow Room South at the Oviedo Marketplace. They have really good steaks and we love the marinade there. Jason had the one with the cowboy sauce and he told the manager that it was the best steak he's ever had. I think Brian did a really good job discovering the restaurant!
After dinner, we went to the movies (same place we were the day before) and saw Iron Man. We got the tickets before dinner so we didn't have to wait in the long Saturday night line. And I got the time right today!
We were surprised that there were so many people in the theater considering how many weeks it has been out! During the previews, the baby got the hiccups and I was able to let Jason feel what it feels like when the baby moves. He tried to use the back of his hand like he was checking my temperature. I told him to put a flat palm down and he was able to feel it. He's like, "It's like a pulse?" That's the good thing about hiccups - it's predictable.
Iron Man was an awesome movie! I never really knew the story of Iron Man, so I'm not a fan of the comic. It could've totally bastardized the story, but I have no clue. I love seeing Robert Downey Jr. in a role that just seemed so natural for him. The baby seemed to like the big explosions and the action scenes. Yeah, he's his father's son.
We headed back home and called it a night around midnight.
